1.Due to the strong adsorption of reagent molecules on the coal surface, FQ series flotation foaming agents not only improve the trapping effect ,but also reduce the concentration of residual reagents in the circulating water, which is beneficial to environmental protection.2.FQ series flotation foaming agents have stable quality, are non-toxic, and have no corrosive effect on metals.
3.FQ series flotation foaming agents have both foaming and collecting properties. They offer advantages such as fast flotation speed, uniform foam, high strength, and good selectivity. When used alone, they can save 15% to 35% of oil content. They can also be mixed with other chemicals in certain proportions, showing a significant reduction in consumption.
4.FQ series flotation foaming agents have a short flotation time and a suitable defoaming rate of 4 mm/s to 6 mm/s, making them ideal when the yield and ash content of cleaned coal are similar to those of other similar products.
    
USAGE METHOD
1.dosage of chemicals: The amount of this product according to the coal preparation plant coal quality, water quality and coal slime into the washing amount is different. Generally controlled in :200g~900g/t(dry slime).
2.add: directly add to the flotation machine preprocessor high box, and then use the high box valve to control the flow rate to add to the preprocessor slime water.
